Do you provide recycling boxes?
We provide a 62L box free of charge. The box is made of 100% recycled material and is completely weatherproof and long-lasting due to its sturdy lid, so it can also be left outside. The box holds about 60 bottles of beer or 40 bottles of wine.
What type of glass do you accept?
We collect bottles of any colour, shape or size, e.g. beer, wine, spirits/oils/condiments and jars such as sauces, jams, and candles. You can also recycle perfume and toiletries bottles and jars. Please note that any glass objects containing food or oily substances/wax must be emptied and rinsed. Unfortunately, Pyrex, mirrors, and light bulbs can't be placed in the box.
Can I have more than one box, and do you do one-off collections?

Do you take cash payments? What date will my monthly subscription be taken? What is your cancellation policy?
We prefer to accept payments through our website's secure payment platform, but we can make exceptions if necessary. The date you purchased your subscription is the date you will be charged every month. You are not tied to a contract and can cancel your plan at any point via your website log-in or by emailing us so we can come and collect our box for the last time 🥲
Do you have a Waste Carrier Licence?
Yes we do, and our Environment Agency Licence no. is CBDU467613
What happens to the glass you collect?
We collaborate with local recycling organisations to help recycle every piece of glass collected.
